In an ambitious attempt to decrease the nation’s greenhouse gas emissions, India is now assuring all diesel and gas stations will be supplying consumers with the cleanest available fuel. Starting April 1, India will be taking this difficult but important step ahead by joining only a few other nations in the world by offering Euro-VI grade fuel. This fuel contains 10 PPM (parts per million) of sulfur compared to the 50 ppm in Euro-VI fuels that have become the center of so much negative attention.  

India Is the First Country to Do This in 3 Years

India is going to be the first country to directly transition from IV-grade fuels to VI-grade fuels. They have been able to achieve this in just 3 years – something many other countries are insisting is impossible in order to justify resisting the change. It also previously took India 7 years to transition from Euro-III grade fuel, with a sulfur content of 350 ppm to Euro-IV grade fuel, which is just another reason why this move was so ambitious – and so impressive. 

Most of the gas stations in India were already distributing the ultra-low fuel by the end of the 2019 year. 

So Far On Track for Supplying the Gas and Fuel

Almost all the refineries in India have begun supplying BS-VI fuel, and some have reached storage depots across the country. According to Sanjiv Singh, the Chairman of Indian Oil Corp, it was a conscious decision to make the change to BS-VI as it avoided the delay in the journey by 4 to 6 years. It was done by choosing this route instead of first upgrading to BS-V and later shifting to BS-VI. 

This is just one of the ways that India is trying to make the shift toward renewable energy. The nation made history recently by becoming the first country to have solar and wind energy to power all its government-run seaports. Soon, the more energy-efficient and clean gas will make its way into the country so that people can use truly clean fuel.

Little People, Big World celebrity Tori Roloff recently gave birth and now she and her husband Zach have a baby boy. However, she just made a heartbreaking family announcement that has rocked fans.

After four years, Zach proposed to Tori and they got engaged. Tori said, “We’re such a unique pairing, and we have a really cool story to share, but it was terrifying.” Tori knew that building a family with Zach could have its consequences, but she never fully understood just how dangerous her decision could be.

After getting married, Tori and Zach knew they wanted to start a family. But they knew that the decision was a risky one. No parent wants their child to be born with difficulties, so was the couple selfish for wanting to start a family when they knew all of the possible risks involved? They decided to try and Tori got pregnant, but that was just the start of their rocky journey.

For the first time in her life, Tori Roloff became a mother. Naturally, she was very excited but also nervous about the prospect of bringing a new life into the world. However, it’s what happened next that completely caught her off guard.

Unfortunately, like most who live with dwarfism, members of the Roloff family such as Zach, Amy, and Matthew have all had obstacles to face because of their condition. Zach was forced to undergo many surgeries during childhood. Then there’s Matthew, who also required much attention at a young age due to his diastrophic dysplasia. However, Amy hasn’t had too many issues to contend with, in comparison. It’s quite amazing how the family is able to complete such hard work on their farm.

After Tori started working on the family’s farm fans thought her and Zach were a match made in heaven. It wouldn’t take long before Zach asked Tori out (four months into her job, to be precise). Tori thought she met the man of her dreams and was living a true to life fairytale – but she never would’ve imagined the struggles fast approaching.

On the back of the show’s success, a spinoff show titled Little People, Big World: Wedding Farm was released. The 2012 show was about Amy and Matthew realizing their shared dream in becoming wedding planners. However, the show still had a huge focus on the family in general. Ultimately, Little People, Big World continued to attract millions of viewers and was incredibly popular, but the ratings from its spinoff show simply couldn’t compare and after one season, the show was canceled.

Soon enough, tensions started to rise in the Roloff family after becoming household names. The youngest of the family, Jacob, eventually became disenchanted with the show and made the informed decision to no longer be a part of the show. His main issue was that he didn’t want to be portrayed as something he isn’t. “The family that is filmed is not my family,” he said. “They are the Roloff characters and I have scarcely anything in common with them, nor do I want to be a character myself.”

Zach and Tori met when Tori started working on Zach’s family farm. They fell in love and after three years of dating, they got engaged. The couple has seen their fair share of challenges since. Tori said, “We’re such a unique pairing, and we have a really cool story to share, but it was terrifying.” Tori knew that building a family with Zach could have its consequences, but she never fully understood just how dangerous her decision could be.

With the TLC cameras in attendance and rolling, Zach and Tori heeded the call and exchanged their vows on July 27, 2015. With 100 of their friends and family present, the couple said “I do” during the show’s 9th season and was the second wedding on the series. The first wedding was when Zach’s twin Jeremy married his girlfriend Audrey. Both weddings took place on the family farm. Everyone was thrilled to see their family expanding so quickly. It would not be the end.

It turns out that Tori’s job would stand her in good stead for life as a mother. She was a kindergarten teacher by trade, so she had plenty of experience working with young children. Again, it was mixed emotions for Tori. She was sad to leave her kids from work, but now she had the chance to care for her own. However, she knew she would return someday. “Can’t wait to take baby Roloff back to school to introduce him to the kids he’s listened to the last 9 months,” she said.

Tori was made aware that there would be a great chance that her baby would be diagnosed with dwarfism. Zach’s specific condition is technically referred to as achondroplasia and when the baby was born, they were prepared for the news. In May 2017, their newborn was diagnosed with Zach’s condition. However, this took nothing away from the strong sense of euphoria that rushed through this elated couple. One thing was for sure, they were going through some mixed emotions.

Before the birth of their new child, Zach and Tori reached a big milestone – seven years together. Tori made sure to mark the big event with a post on Instagram. She wrote, “Zachary, you make me smile every day, and I love our conversations about life and our dreams together. You are definitely my better half, and I pray every day that I can be a better wife to you. Not long after, the couple welcomed a baby boy to the family.

As exciting as the wedding was, the family was in for some shocking news. Later that year, Zach’s parents Matthew and Amy announced they were getting a divorce. The couple had been married for 30 years, and it was quite a surprise for their family and friends. In a statement, they said, “Our kids and our ever-growing family, and the love and support we have for them, will be our priority. We will continue to work together side-by-side in the daily responsibilities for our many current ventures.”

Zach and Tori will always remember May 12, 2017. On that day, they said hello for the first time to their son Jackson. As Tori and Zach had expected, Jackson was born with dwarfism. He said, “You have to encourage a dwarf child a little more because it will take them five steps to do what others can do in two, but I knew, dwarf or not, I was going to parent my child with the mentality that not everyone gets a trophy. You have to earn it.”

As expected, they never let Jackson’s disability be a burden or a roadblock to their love of him. Tori was more than willing to share their love of Jackson on Instagram and update her followers on everything related to her son. One post described, “Jackson is one month old today! He is eating and growing like a champ. Loves watching soccer with daddy. Starting to find his voice. Sleeps 5-6 hour stretches at night.” The good vibes would not last forever.

The Roloff family seemed to be chugging along seamlessly according to Tori’s Instagram posts. However, in one post, the young mother described her biggest challenge. She said, “Hands down the hardest thing about being a mom has been breastfeeding. It was something I did not expect. I just figured it would come naturally because it’s what nature intended – I was so wrong.” Plenty of new mothers empathized with her struggle and appreciated her openness on the subject.

Tori remained very open about her breastfeeding difficulties and continued to post about it. She expressed, “I get asked at all my appointments how BFing is going, and I couldn’t imagine how that would make the women who physically can’t feel. I also HATE the stigma of breastfeeding.” Her followers were amazed by her courage to open up about it and praised her for it. Many moms are embarrassed by it, but she gave them strength.

Although she has had reservations about having more kids in the past, Tori Roloff has since agreed with husband Zach that they would in fact like to build an even bigger family. “We have plans,” Zach said in an interview with Us. “We want a family. I would love four or five kids. I want a little pack. Right now, we’re just kind of [like], if it happens, it happens.” Now though, the couple have some big news to share…

After deciding that they wanted to give Jackson more siblings, Tori and Zach announced to the world recently that they were expecting a second baby, after all! Soon after finding out the incredible news themselves, the couple took to an idyllic field and had a beautiful photoshoot, posing with the sonogram of baby #2. “We can not wait to meet our sweet baby girl!” she said. This news is also bound to delight more people than just Tori and Zach…

Another person who joined in on the photoshoot celebrations is 2-year-old Jackson, who is delighted to know that he will soon become a big brother! “We are so excited to announce that Jackson is going to be a big brother!” the couple said. Jackson even wore a cute little T-shirt that had “big brother” printed on the front of it. Fans were concerned after Tori’s recent Instagram post saying “life’s just been challenging” lately – but hopefully this news has turned things around!

Breastfeeding has been a stigmatized topic for many years as plenty of women debate why it has become so taboo. The taboo nature of breastfeeding puts news mothers at a crossroads. Outside pressure makes them feel awkward or inappropriate about breastfeeding in public. However, they will be ridiculed for not providing the necessary nutrients to their child if they forgo breastfeeding altogether. This causes mothers to become quite confused over how they should care for their new baby.

When it comes to public breastfeeding, many assume the law is on the opposing side. However, as it turns out, it is legal in 49 states in the USA to do so. The exception, Idaho, has yet to hop on board, but this is not what bothers most moms. The current issue is that despite being legal, women from all around the country still suffer from verbal abuse and are subjected to provocation by those who deem it inappropriate. Thanks to Tori Roloff, that’s about to change.

When Roloff became a first-time mother, she realized that speaking about breastfeeding was something she cared about greatly. Roloff explained that “I still feel awkward in public when I feed my baby. Why should I?” Roloff might not be the only one with this idea on her agenda, but many other women get shut down when they discuss the topic. Tori was commended for raising awareness on the issue that involves nursing a child, which was made possible through her role in the public eye.

At first, breastfeeding was not an easy task for Tori – an experience she was very open about. She explained to her followers that while it was hard, she was relentless and finally, her assertiveness paid off. “I’m providing for my child,” she noted, adding that “[Jackson] and I have come a long way, and we work well together now, and I’m proud of that.” When mothers find difficult breastfeeding, they often turn to formula or seek professional guidance for their newborns.

One professional wrote: “I work as a nurse in women’s services. Over the past 10 years that has been a huge push within hospitals to get everyone breastfeeding. The concept is great, but it is not reality. I have said this for awhile that we are setting up moms to have a lot more postpartum depression issues.”

Tori was not the only Roloff who had to face troubles that came hand in hand with motherhood. Audrey Roloff had pregnancy problems and turned to Instagram to express how overwhelming the concept of having a child was for her. Audrey Roloff was going to welcome a daughter into the world but felt it necessary to express how difficult it was to manage all the range of emotions she was feeling about having a baby while also trying to run a business.

Audrey posted a message reading: “Attention momapreneurs… how do you do it?! I think the thing I am most nervous for post labor/delivery is learning to balance being a mom while running my businesses.” This was followed with, “I know that my priorities will need to take a shift, and I know that I won’t be able to give as much as I once could. I feel a little lost…” Audrey’s post was meant to provide her with some reassurance coming from more experienced mothers, but she didn’t anticipate the response she would get.

Audrey received an outstanding amount of responses from followers and fellow mothers alike. All responded to Audrey’s cry for help first by letting her know her feelings were absolutely normal – and secondly, that there isn’t one way that works for all mothers. It is extremely hard to balance everything, but it comes with practice. A lot of women, however, also asserted that the baby should be her number one priority since the business can run itself and the baby needs her mother.

Tori is not the first TV persona to speak up and state her mind on the topic. Discussing the stigma that mothers have to face when having a baby is something that fellow celebrity mothers have also spoken about, stating that they are not ashamed to nurse their children. Social media has become the quickest, easiest and most accessible platform to express their opinions, which A-listers such as Chrissy Teigen, Gisele Bündchen, and Alanis Morissette turned to and posted pictures of themselves breastfeeding their newborns.

Tori and Zach have had to face a lot of criticism, but the bumps along the way did not take away from the unlimited amount of love the two have for young Jackson. Tori used her reality star status to promote the notion that she deals with the same issues other women encounter on a daily basis – which is something that easy to forget. People assume that if an Instagram page is all smiles, this portrays an accurate picture of reality – but the truth is, the struggles are just as real.

Fans fell in love with Little People, Big World and the show was such a huge hit for TLC that it ended up being renewed for a second season. It wasn’t just fans who loved the show. Critics praised it for its impartial portrayal of people with dwarfism. Then there were those whose hearts were warmed by the beautiful relationships throughout the show. It never felt like the show was trying to exploit the families involved. It was simply an uplifting experience for all.

One thing was for sure, the Roloffs had plenty to share with the public and they didn’t hesitate when they were offered to star in the reality show. “The Learning Channel came to us about five or six years ago, and so we suddenly realized we were given a great opportunity to educate people about dwarfism,” Amy said. “Nothing [else] had depicted dwarfism in an everyday way.” Their celebrity status was instantaneous, with fans swarming to ask for autographs and selfies.

It is no secret that Tori’s claim to fame is the time she spent on the reality show Little People, Big World. Alongside Tori and Zach, there was also the latter’s parents, who also had forms of dwarfism. What makes the show so captivating is the way it sheds light on a fully functioning family that consists of people with dwarfism and people without. For example, there is Zach’s brother Jeremy, who doesn’t have any form of dwarfism.

It wouldn’t take too long before Matt Roloff found love elsewhere, with Caryn Chandler. In fact, it was a romance that had been years in the making. What casual fans don’t realize is that Caryn has been involved with the family for a long time. Eventually, Chandler became the farm manager. “Caryn is instrumental in running pumpkin season, she’s run it for 10 years,” Matt said. “I enjoy her immensely. Whether we’re working or whether we’re relaxing, we have a great time together.”

Fans who shipped Matt Roloff and girlfriend Caryn Chandler were worried amid the rumors that the couple was on the verge of breaking up. Radar Online reported that after working on Matt’s farm for years, she was no longer employed at the farm, fueling the rumors. However, Matt was quick to address the intense speculation. “No, it’s fake news,” he said. “We did not break up :).” And that’s not the only big news cooking up in the Roloff world right now…

Roloff fans got into a frenzy when rumors started to spread about Tori and Zach expecting a second baby. Fans fueled the speculation after he shared a video of his beloved wife. However, Tori was quick to speak out and reveal the truth. “No I’m not pregnant. Yes I love baggy clothes and food,” she said. “What if I was a woman who couldn’t get pregnant? What if I was a woman who had body image issues? Asking a woman if she’s pregnant can be extremely damaging.”

Recently, Tori Roloff’s life flashed before her eyes when she survived a car crash. Her baby boy Jackson was also in the car. Despite the car being totaled, the mom-baby duo was completely unscathed. Tori posted a photo on Instagram in front of her new minivan and confirmed that the entire family was alive and well. “Everyone is fine!” she wrote in her caption. “It wasn’t anything major. However, it was probably the scariest moment I’ve had in life so far.”

Fans of the Roloff family took to social media when the family posted photos of themselves on a trip in Maui. When one photo showed Jackson in a boat without a life jacket, the public went crazy, criticizing his parents of being negligent. However, Matt quickly responded with a photo of Tori and Jackson wearing life jackets. “Hey everyone that sent me messages of concern…” Matt wrote. “Of course Jackson wore a life jacket while out on the water.”

Tori recently posted this photo to her Instagram, writing “So much to be thankful for this year! Happy thanksgiving from our family to yours!!” Seen are her husband Zach, eldest son Jackson, and the new addition to the family, Lilah, who was born just two weeks earlier. Lilah was born weighing 8 pounds 9 ounces and measuring 18 1/2 inches long. But everyone wanted to know, whether she would be born with the same form of dwarfism as her father and brother. The risks were something Tori was all too familiar with…

Considering all that went before, the arrival of Lilah had Roloff fans holding their breath. And as it turns out, she appears to also have been born with the same form of dwarfism as her father and brother. Tori hasn’t confirmed it yet, but of course, this family of all sizes will have no problem welcoming a baby with dwarfism into their lives. If any family is equipped to deal with the challenges and joys of dwarfism, it’s the Roloffs.
