The world of automobiles is no stranger to strange modifications. Over the years we’ve seen some pretty amazing and altogether weird adaptations made to otherwise ordinary cars, from cars with classic wood exteriors to airplane styled cars and even a mini Smart car tank!
So we’ve become used to seeing strange things pop up on the internet. However, most of these modifications are usually only just for show and are either already owned by someone or are simply not for sale. So finding a weirdly modified car that’s actually available for sale on the internet is incredibly rare!
As you can imagine, we jumped when we got news of this strange modification. A group of sauna enthusiasts in Sweden decided to modify their Toyota HiAce to include a fully functional wood-fired sauna in the back! Because it gets so cold in Sweden, going to the sauna to beat the heat is quite a popular pastime.
So popular, in fact, that these guys thought it necessary to put one on four wheels – so that they never had to wander far from home to get into a nice, warm, sweaty sauna! It might seem a bit crazy to us, but we suppose Sweden has its own unique set of cultural customs which is why a mobile sauna wouldn’t seem that strange to them!
The year 2000 model Toyota HiAce is popular in both European and Asian markets with newer models fetching a pretty high price of around $37,000. The mobile sauna currently has roughly between 34,999 and 30,000 miles on the clock already and is selling for around $11,000 – a steal if you’re interested in being able to have a decent sized sauna on four wheels!
Although, to be honest, building one in your home would probably cost about the same when you think about it, so maybe think twice before giving the guys in Sweden a call for personal modifications.
30+ Unforgettable Moms From “16 & Pregnant” and What They’ve Been Up To
It’s been over a decade since MTV premiered its iconic reality television show, 16 and Pregnant. What have the cast members been up to since their time on the show?
Jenelle Evans
Jenelle was a bit of a party girl and eventually ended up giving custody of her son to her mother. Jenelle was removed from the cast in 2019 after several events with her significant other. She’s now married but apparently has filed for divorce. She also has had two more children since her first.

Maci Bookout
Maci was one of the first groups of pregnant teens on the show. In 2009, she gave birth to her first son Bentley with then-boyfriend Ryan Edwards. Edwards and Maci eventually broke up, and she moved on to star in Teen Mom OG.

On this show, Maci married and began running a clothing line named “Things That Matter” with her husband. They have had two more children since then.
Mackenzie Douthit
Mackenzie, a pregnant cheerleader, was faced with a lot of challenges. This included her baby’s father being in a severe rodeo accident, leaving him in a neck brace. Eventually, the two did get married.

The couple now has three children, and McKenzie has also spent some time as one of the stars of Teen Mom OG as well as Teen Mom 3. When it comes to her relationship, this hasn’t been easy either, as there have been ups and downs, including cheating allegations.
Chelsea Houska
Times were trying during Chelsea’s pregnancy. She was going through quite a challenge with a bad relationship with her baby’s father, Adam. Eventually, the relationship ended, and they split — with Chelsea remaining the primary caregiver.

Chelsea found herself a good guy and married him eventually. Now married, she has three more children. Keeping up with her wasn’t hard at all as she went on to be one of the stars of Teen Mom 2.
Nikkole Paulun
Nikkole, like many of the other teen moms on this show, had a tumultuous relationship with the father of the baby. This was primarily because Josh was constantly getting arrested, and though the years have passed, this still seems to be an issue.

Finally, in 2017, Nikkole ended their relationship with a formal order of protection. Finishing that part of her life, she moved on and eventually found love and got married. She now has two children and is living happily in obscurity.
Catelynn Lowell
Catelynn may be one of the most memorable teen mothers on the show because instead of keeping the baby, she chose to place her child up for open adoption. She and her steady boyfriend, Tyler, eventually got married in 2015 and began work on a children’s clothing line.

Since then, they have welcomed two children and had their struggles relationship-wise but have remained together. Both have continued as cast members on Teen Mom OG.
Kayla Jackson
Kayla may not be one of the more memorable teen mothers that was on 16 and Pregnant, but she definitely has a lot to say about her experience. On the show, the young mother was pregnant with her first son.

In 2016, she had her second son. A year later, in an interview, she was very clear that she felt the experience on the show was the worst thing that she had ever done. Kayla went on to talk about how they edited the material to make it look worse than it actually was.
Farrah Abraham
Of the teen mothers that were on the show, Farrah Abraham may be the most well-known and recognized name. A cheerleader who got pregnant by her boyfriend, Abraham, also moved on to Teen Mom OG after her stint with 16 and Pregnant.

With the desire to become an entrepreneur, she seemed to be stirring up some sort of trouble constantly. Eventually, she was let go from the show due to mistreating the show’s crew — plus because of her well-known work in the adult film industry. In 2019, she worked with MTV again on a series called Ex on the Beach.
Ashley Salazar
Being a teen mom is hard — but deciding to let her aunt and uncle adopt her baby was even harder for Ashley. Years later, she would talk about her experience in a parenting magazine.

Now in college, she gets to see her daughter every now and then. In 2017, she welcomed a new baby into her life. Other than that, she’s pretty quiet, living a regular life.
Jordan Cashmyer
MTV followed Jordan Cashmyer through her pregnancy, whilst she lived on the streets with her then-boyfriend. The struggle was real. Eventually, the two did have their baby and worked on making their lives more stable.

In 2016, Jordan opened up via Facebook about her time in rehab and how she felt so much better having completed her program. Periodically she pops up on social media, but other than that, she tends to stay out of the limelight.
Leah Messer
Just a small town country girl from Virginia, Leah found herself pregnant with twins. As MTV followed her, she went through her trials and tribulations with the baby’s father and eventually gave birth to twin girls.

In 2016, she was given 50/50 custody with her ex after going through rehab due to her depression. This would pop up again in 2018, when she began to discuss it publicly on her own podcast. She would continue to star in Teen Mom 2 and publish a book on her life.
Kristina Robinson
Kristina had a lot to deal with — not only was she a teen mother, but the baby’s father died before the child was even born. This was trying for her, but she was able to get through it with a little help and support from her family.

Nowadays, she’s married with two children and living a relatively quiet life with her family. Unlike many of the other teen mothers, she didn’t want to continue sharing her life with the audience.
Summer Rewis
In season five of the show, Summer Rewis and her husband (they got married before the filming started) went through a lot of trials and tribulations in preparation for their bundle of joy to make its introduction into the world.

The two had one more child before finally parting ways. When asked about her time on the MTV reality show, she said that it was something she didn’t regret doing as it made the issue a point of conversation across the country.
Amber Portwood
Amber was one of those teen mothers on the show that just stood out. The episode followed her as she went through a lot of problems with her baby’s father. Eventually, their daughter was born, and Amber and Gary went on to be one of the cast members of Teen Mom.

Though the ups and downs weren’t done for Amber, the MTV cameras followed her along the way through her new relationship that was very rocky, her time in jail — as well as her substance abuse and mental issues. Amber still is one of the cast members of Teen Mom OG.
Maddy Godsey
Maddy is most memorable for being the teen mother who got pregnant on a one-night stand with her then-boyfriend — though once there was a baby involved, her significant other abandoned her, and she was forced to raise the little girl all on her own.

The teen mother, of course, met the challenges with a lot of determination. Eventually, she found work as a pharmaceutical tech and moved into her own home with her little girl.
Valerie Fairman
Learning to be a parent is hard enough when you’re an adult, but when you’re a teen, trying to figure out the balance can be pretty challenging. Valerie and her boyfriend, Matt, were always fighting. Eventually, after they separated, Matt only wanted to have contact with their child.

Sometimes with so much stress and anxiety, people break under the pressure. Unfortunately for this young teen mother, this happened, and she turned to illicit substances. In 2016, she passed away from an overdose.
Nicole Fokos
Appearing in the second season of the show, Nicole and her significant other seemed to have it all together. On top of being able to work together to raise their child, they also had moral support from her mother.

But like with anything else, time can wear you down. Eventually, Nicole and her significant other broke up, and she fell into substance abuse. The custody of her child was taken away from her for a brief period as a result. Nicole thankfully got it together and sobered up, and eventually had another child with her new husband.
Jordan Ward
Jordan and her twin sister, Jessica, had a plan to work together to get into the modeling field. But Jordan wound up pregnant, which put this dream on hold. Though cameras followed Jordan throughout her pregnancy, the relationship between her and her twin sister was also a major focus.

Jordan and her then-boyfriend, Brian, eventually got married in 2011 and added another baby to their family. In 2016, however, the couple decided to split up.
Autumn Crittendon
In season five, we watched Autumn and her boyfriend, Dustin, work through issues to prepare themselves for parenthood. The two had a bit of a party lifestyle, and though Autumn was able to tame it, she felt that Dustin had some issues letting go.

After the show, there was talk of them getting a spin-off, but eventually, this didn’t pan through. In 2017, Autumn got married and went on to live a normal life.
Ebony Jackson
Ebony had intended to enlist in the Air Force before she and her boyfriend, Josh, got pregnant. There were a lot of issues, including Josh’s mother wanting a paternity test. Eventually, though, the two ended up tying the knot after graduating.

They then found themselves in a bit of trouble with the law and had their child taken away from them into protective custody. Eventually, they did regain custody and brought another child into the family. The two divorced and unfortunately, Ebony struggled to the point that she lost custody of her children to Josh.
Whitney Purvis
Whitney, like many of the teen moms on the show, had her fair share of issues. Not only did she drop out of high school, but she also then struggled with money, so there was a lot of stress and anxiety throughout her pregnancy.

The young mother finally gave birth to a little boy, but trouble still loomed ahead. In 2014, when she was pregnant again, she got in trouble with the law for trespassing and stealing. Following the birth of their second son, she and her partner split.
Megan McConnell
Like many teenagers, Megan’s baby’s father wanted to do nothing but play video games. After all, he was a teenager, but this led to a lot of stress during the pregnancy. In 2010, they brought their baby boy into the world, and just a year later, the two married.

The relationship didn’t work out, though, and that same year they ended up divorcing. In 2015, Megan gave birth to another son with her new boyfriend.
Kayla Jordan
Kayla found herself pregnant in 2019, and when the news was revealed, her boyfriend got down on one knee and proposed to her. Her parents supported the engagement, and in 2010, their baby was born.

The engagement, though, never made it to the final stage of marriage. Kayla has expanded her family with three more children from three different men and seems to be living happily.
Lindsey Nicholson
When you’re a teenager, you have a lot of dreams, and for Lindsey, her dream was to be a cage fighter. But also, like all teenagers, she was very curious about things, which got her in trouble when she found herself pregnant by her boyfriend.

In 2011, she gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. Following the birth of her baby girl, she also gave birth to twins with her new husband.
Lori Wickelhaus
During the second season of the show, Lori and her boyfriend made the hard decision to give their child up for adoption. Once they had their son, they sadly gave up the child and moved on with life.

In 2013, Lori and her fiancé welcomed a daughter. While she was pregnant, she took classes and worked at a nursing home as well. She continued working towards her goal and lives a quiet life.
Christinna Cook
During her episode, we followed Christinna Cook as she moved towards the birth of her baby girl. Maybe the most memorable moment in the episode was when the baby’s father’s grandmother insisted on a DNA test.

The test proved that he was the father, and the two ran away to get married. The two ended up getting a divorce, and Christinna moved on to find love. In April of 2020, she gave birth to her second child.
Brooke Smitherman-Tarrant
Brooke and her boyfriend, Cody, found themselves pregnant while still in school. Unlike many other couples, though, the two ended up tying the knot before the baby was welcomed into the world. In 2009, they gave birth to their son.

Three years later, the couple brought another child into the world, this time a girl. Today, the two seem to be living a normal life out of the spotlight.
Aubrey Wolters
Aubrey and her baby’s father wound up getting married on the show. The two wouldn’t be married very long, eventually divorcing in 2011. This year also brought some very unwelcome news.

In 2011, Aubrey was diagnosed with non-cancerous thyroid tumors. This, of course, added to her downward spiral — especially when she ended up getting arrested for shoplifting and possession of non-prescribed pills. Eventually, she got cleaned up and this past year, she gave birth to her second child.
Kailyn Lowry
Kailyn wasn’t only on 16 and Pregnant but also a cast member of Teen Mom 2. During this time, she had her baby and shared custody of the child with her ex. She eventually also found a new significant other and got married.

In 2012, she and her now-husband got married and have since grown their family. Along with being a mom, Kailyn is attending college and working towards a mass communications degree.
Lizzie Waller
In season two, the MTV cameras followed another Virginia teen, Lizzie Waller, as she and her boyfriend tried to navigate maintaining their dreams while getting ready to be parents. Lizzie wanted to have a music career but had unrealistic expectations when it came to balancing parenting and her dreams.

Eventually, the two wound up married, but the marriage only lasted two years. Lizzie moved on and found new love and since has had three children. She even found a new dream and is taking night classes to be a dental assistant.
Jaime McKay
In season three, we met a young woman who was one of the best students in school but found herself pregnant at just 17. Jamie often had altercations with her mother about her baby’s father, who had some behavioral issues.

After a custody battle between the two, Jamie would have one more child with her high school boyfriend. Eventually, they broke up, and she found love again and got engaged. In 2018, she gave birth to a child with her fiancé.
Jennifer Del Rio
Jennifer definitely brought a new spin to the show when rumors that she purposely got pregnant started circulating. Not only did she and her boyfriend have a very tumultuous relationship, but there were actual physical fights as well.

After all the drama on this show, Jennifer moved to Florida and continued updating her fans on her life via her YouTube channel. In 2013, she married and had another child. Four years later, she announced that she was pregnant again. During this whole time, Jennifer has worked as a photographer and has a prominent social media presence.
Adam Lind
Though the primary focus of most of the episodes was, of course, on the teen mother, the teen fathers played a significant role as well. As the father of Chelsea Houska’s baby, Adam went through many turbulent times as well.

After the show, he went on to face charges of stalking and allegedly got into a physical fight with his ex-girlfriend. Eventually, he wound up with a restraining order against him.
Jo Rivera
Jo was the other half of Kailyn Lowery. He and his teenage ex have stayed on good terms, sharing custody of their son. But, there was never any talk of getting married at all.

It seems that maybe Jo has a bit of commitment phobia because, even with his new girlfriend, it turns out he hasn’t yet popped the question. But he does seem to be a pretty good dad, and that’s all that matters.
Corey Simms
Corey and Leah shared custody for a long time of their twin girls after they split up in 2011. But, due to Leah’s issues, there soon became a need for a bit of a custody renegotiation. He eventually won more time with his girls.

Now with an almost 50/50 custody agreement, the two seemed to have come to a friendly place in their lives. Corey even found love again and, in 2013, remarried.
