We love animals, but that doesn't mean that they're constantly looking like they're ready for their next photoshoot — who among us does? Any animal can look unphotogenic under the right conditions. These animals might take the cake for unphotogenic photos or strange behavior, so much so that people were quick to capture the moment.

Finding a Place to Fit In

We all want somewhere that we feel like we belong and fit in, whether that's in building a friend group or a core family unit.

In humans, it doesn't matter what someone looks like, it's about how you feel about them that really matters at the end of the day. So, why can't we let this goofy little guy hang out with the flamingoes a bit longer? Then again, we have to wonder if any of them have noticed that one of them doesn't look like the others.

Descended From Wolves

There are some animals that you look at and can't help but think about their roots as wild animals, even if that was generations and generations behind that animal themselves.

For instance, have you ever looked at your dog and thought about the fact that if it wasn't for the human domestication of dogs, they would be a wolf? That's hard to see sometimes, but not here. This guy looks like he's on a mission to hunt down his next meal.

On the Other Hand

While you might have a hard time sometimes seeing the ferocious beast that's somewhere deep in your puppy's genes, sometimes it's easier to see how cute wild animals can be.

This is one kitten that you won't want to get anywhere near, but the pictures here will make you wish you could! It seems that it isn't just housecats who get caught up in all the fun you can get out of a simple box - this mountain lion was more than ready to get in on the action, too!

Odd Man Out

Some photos stand out not because they're perfectly thought-out and poised - but because they're the exact opposite of that.

Whatever has captured the attention of the first three tabbies in the photo, the fourth one seems a little, um, distracted. He also looks a little confused and potentially stuck by his claws on this screen. There doesn't seem to be a thought behind those eyes.
